Our booking conditions
How to book
First and foremost in good time. First of all we are then able to plan and secondly you will get a flight, since the flights are often booked out completely within a short period of time.
Advance payment
Having registered you as our hunting guest, you need to make an advance payment of the amount of your daily rates. Nonhunting-companions have to pay a deposit of half the daily rates.
The booking can only be confirmed once your payment is acknowledged in our account.
Cancellation
When cancelling more than 90 days in advance we refund half of the advance payment made. For a cancellation less than 90 days in advance of the trip there is no refunding.
In this context we ask for your understanding. Since there is only a small number of guests (8-10 hunters) that we are able to accommodate, each cancellation cuts us to the quick, since it is rarely the case that we are able to find a substitute in time. If you find an equivalent substitute for us, it is self-evident that the complete advance payment will be refunded.
Insurances
The owner of Jagdfarm-Kuhwerder Cc cannot and do not accept liability for personal injury, illness, accidents, travelling days and damage to any type of loss (including theft) of clients personal belongings, such as fire arms, camera equipment and baggage.
We strongly advise to you to effect a travel cancellation insurance. Moreover, we advice you to effect a luggage-, accident-, life- and travel health insurance or at least to check whether an already existing insurance covers those potential risks, that could occur before, during or after their Safari.
